I sent in an email a long time ago regarding my current situation, I haven't received a response! Why not?
We cannot and will not respond to any emails regarding your current situation, claim, benefits, entitlements or circumstances. The objective of our website is to provide support and information regarding your benefits and entitlements, but not to provide support. This is not our role, that is the Role of the Department for Work and Pensions and your local Jobcentre Plus office. Any emails received which contains personal information or anything identifying yourself as a claimant or anything other than business reasons will be deleted. You can however email us freely regarding any questions you may have in a 'broader light' such as questions regarding information supplied by our website, or general queries regarding any processes or our website in general.

Yes and No. We aim to bring you the relevant information to date regarding how you can find a job in the United Kingdom. We aim to help employer's find new employee's, but most of all we aim to provide you with as much information and help as possible. Our website is manually updated on a daily basis and is not automated in any way, shape or form.

It is regulated by ourselves (JobCentre Plus UK Team). We are not endorsed, affiliated with or sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions. We are an independent publishing group, who have pride in bringing 4 years of accurate, up to date and reliable information regarding your rights, entitlements and advice.

Yes you can. We do not ask for your details anywhere. We do not want your email address, we do not want your name, we want absolutely nothing from you. On the flip side, we cannot provide Email Support for our visitors regarding information on their status or situation either. We cannot and will not deal with any emails regarding Benefits, Entitlements or Claims. You must always contact your nearest JobCentre Plus office to deal with any queries you may have regarding yourself or any other person if you are a carer.

The disability and incapacity systems are designed to support those who are out of work or find it hard to obtain work due to a disability. This also applies to people who have drug and alcohol problems or other problems but need supporting whilst they find work.
Due to the high levels of information available on the internet we wanted to compact, make it easier and make available all the information one should need regarding Benefits and Entitlements and Finding a Job.
